Each piece is made to order and thoughtfully crafted for you. In keeping with this approach, all sales are final.

Custom, personalized, engraved, sale, promotional, engagement, and wedding pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Should your piece arrive damaged or there be an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@stephmazuera.com within 5 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist.
